Great five footer with a great valley! Another big boy, another one from Hendersonville, Tennessee. Dovetailed Butcher Block 30″ x 60″ x 12 ” sits 32″ high. (Your countertop is set at 36″). Vertically dovetailed, six threaded rods go through the block and hold it together. Great valley, sanded thrice and finished with mineral oil (the same way your great grandparents used theirs). Removable wide dowel 20 inch legs (new) are maple also. No makers mark, but believed to be a Michigan Maple Block Company or a Boos as both did double dovetailing.  Click on picture for larger version and more detail. Weight: a whopping 600 lbs., FOB.
