31 Inch Granite Millstone

Description

From Clayton/Rabun County, Georgia. The Stone was harvested from a private collector (The Nortons) that assembled the collection in the 1940’s. They were paid for out of the estate of JE Harvey. They were collected from North Carolina, South Carolina, even South Georgia. This one is 31″ in diameter, with a 5″ round eye, and 10″ thick. A set stone with a cut pattern of quarter dress. Grey in color, lots of character.

Weight approximately 450 lbs.
