44 Inch Millstone

Description

Part of a collection we bought at the Boxwood Estate in Ansley Park/Atlanta. Original owner was a banker who built the house and collected these stones from all over North Georgia in the late 1800’s. Nice Big Set Stone with great grooves, great edges. This 44 inch diameter set stone is 9 inches thick at the bosom. Has a nice big 10 inch square cut eye, no hardware, nice grooves, nice color, Millstone cut is quarter dress.

Weight approximately 1700 lbs.
