39 Inch Georgia Millstone

Description

This bruiser is from Conyers/Rockdale County, Georgia. 39 1/2 inch diameter runner millstone, a full 11 inches thick, flat back, hugel 9 inch spanish cross cut into it. No Yoke, probably came from a local mill as there were five mills in Rockdale County at one time. No mate. Granite is a grey composite. The millstone cut is quarter dress, grooves are faint. Beautiful  Pretty rock.

Weight, approximately 1250 lbs.
