38 Inch Kentucky Millstone

Description

This is a 38 inch diameter millstone, 7 inches thick, with an 8 inch round eye. It came from a mill located in Cynthiana, Kentucky, about 30 minutes north of Lexington. A set stone, the granite is a composite and features many pea sized quartz stones in the make-up of the granite. The millstone cut is quarter dress, and it’s a pretty rock. Stone is similar in texture and makeup to the 30 inch rock we have from Perryville, Kentucky.
